The Creative Response
.

Facebook group

The Creative Response Facebook Group allows all accredited art therapists to share their work, professional concerns, questions and activities including real-time video, on-line discussions and exhibitions.

The Group is a great way to get conversations flowing and the communication lines open. It will allow you to stay in touch with other professional contacts and make new contacts online. It also makes it very easy for you to find the support you need, pass on relevant information about your profession or share your experiences so others can benefit.

It is free, and it takes less than a minute to sign up and join our new group. But, before you can join, you need to create a profile on Facebook (Even if you already have a Facebook profile, we recommend that you set up a separate professional profile). You’ll be asked to choose a login name and password. Once you’ve created those, you can make a profile, and you will be offered the opportunity to enter some basic personal information, such as your name, sex, age, and location.  You can add as much or as little information as you like, but remember that your profile is the image you’re presenting to the online world, so keep your information safe.

After that, it is a simple step to join the group – in the search box at the top, type: ‘The Creative Response: Art Therapy in Palliative Care, Aids, Cancer & Loss’. This will take you to our page and offers you the possibility to click ‘request to join’.  One of the administrators will then accept your request and you are ready to post anything and everything related to art therapy in palliative care. The administrators will post regular updates and relevant meetings.
